Negatives: Secure ‘locked door’ open, elevator didn’t work, fire alarm went off twice through the night, coffee machine didn’t work.

Negatives: We had no complaints whatsoever!!

Negatives: Fire alarm constantly going off at all times of day/night. 11p, 12a, 1a, 2a, 3a & 4am. Honestly a deal breaker for me despite my room being comfortable. I did have to be moved to another room upon arrival as the tv didn't work, seemed like it was on its last. Overall, I doubt I'll be returning after my stay is over, fire alarm is just too much. You can't rest here, it's happening as I type this review

Negatives: Toilet leaked, elevator was scary, fire alarm went off at 1:00 am

Negatives: The fire alarm would go off at night 2 to 3 times Starting at 11:30 pm then 3:30 am or 4:30 am then 6:30 am or 6:30 am

Negatives: It was horrible the fire alarm kept going off late at night early morning, we had to switch rooms three different times because something wasn’t right. For instance the air didn’t work in one, nor did the tv, the mini fridge, also didn’t have hot water in one of them not sure how that happens but it did. The last room we were in the bathtub was leaking from underneath an would have water all in the bathroom floor and the wall dividing the bathroom and the room would be soaking wet after you used the shower, and from that the carpet was molded. Also the elevator was a death trap the doors would open before you would get to your floor and if you didn’t watch your step because it didn’t come in level you would fall. The owners of the property would not issue a refund not even if you tried checking out before the check out time a get your money for the rest of the days. And when the fire alarms kept going off an the fire department showed up at 4 o’clock in the morning the property owners still refused to show up said they would be there the next morning at 8 but did not show up at that time. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. They need to be shut down an have their issues fixed before anyone should be aloud to stay there. Also I have never heard of a hotel/motel having to have a “refundable” deposit from you, I haven’t gotten mine back yet but I won’t hold my breath, point being Ive stayed a few different places even stayed in a quality inn before an never had such a bad experience like that. Also when I booked it online I was booking a specific room that was the only reason for staying at that particular place because it had a room with a separate bathroom/living room combo but after I had already booked my stay was later told that it was not available and could not receive a full refund even tho it was only 30 minutes after I booked it that I found that out.

Negatives: Mood smelled damp and almost musty/moldy. This was outside of it raining. Water pressure not the best but for a couple nights stay not bad.
