Positives: Not much! But the cockroaches loved it! Nice staff actually.

Negatives: First room that we got had no electricity. The second room had a smokdetector that was beeping once per minute because someone had taken out the backupbattery, remote control to TV was missing, the toilet had overflooded so it was wet around it. And it didn’t work later that night. In this non- smoking room we found many cigarette butts in the trashcan. And the sheets was dirty. Overall an disaster visit. Especially with two children also.

Positives: The day we checked out the front desk guy was very nice! I really enjoyed talking to him and he was quite professional.

Negatives: The rook reaked of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The power cord in the iron had been cut and a couple lights were not working. But by far the worst part was my girlfriend accidentally left her dress hanging in the room. Later the same day we called and got the nice gentleman who tried to no avail to locate the dress. No chance it wasn't in the room and no chance the cleaning woman didn't see it. It is quit disappointing that this would happen in a national hotel chain.
