It was not clean!!!!!! I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean in order to sleep

The fact there was homeless people sleeping in the stairwell and it smelled of urine and trash was everywhere and then on our last night we had to smell Marijuana in the hallway and when we checked out the hotel manager said that they had no control over what the quest did. We traveled with two children who also had to experience that as well.

Was very very disappointed. When we got in the room on the little brown room divider looking thing there was throw up that had molded on the he bottom part of the brown wood divider , and also the air conditioner had mold growing in it , and all night there was a burning smell that kept coming in our room . I’ve honestly never been so disappointed I was going to say something but the lady working it wasn’t her fault and I knew there was ultimately nothing she could do it was obvious the whole hotel was disgusting completely not worth the money

The rooms were not as expected at all based on pictures however the staff was absolutely amazing. Service was impeccable. That alone made up for the lack of the rooms themselves. Both the staff when we checked in and when we checked out. Just super friendly and accommodating!
