Everything. I was on crutches the hotel was informed they put me on the second floor at the very end as far away from the elevator as possible. Staff was extremely rude.

Rude, no friendliness, AM and PM front desk. Haitians? PM clerk, foyer, hall reached of smoke! Carpet,chair filthy. Mildew over tub. Only coffe and bread for breakfast, juice machine broken, no waffle mix, dirty! Large debris and tall grass for view.

Hotel room was very small and it was stinking. Stay included free breakfast but there wasn't anything except 1-2 options which again were not good. End up going to Waffle house next door.

It is in a good location, close to shopping, the highway and eating establishments. The bed was comfortable. It had a pool.

I actually stayed 3 nights here, and in 2 different rooms. Both rooms were out of the pump body wash, even after I told the cleaning lady. The handicap room they give me the 3rd night had something very slick on the floor.

Very steep driveway for my trailer I was pulling. No ice or vending machines on my floor. Very dirty outside hallways and parki.g lot. Bathroom very small and old with poor quality tile in shower. No separate sink or makeup vanities. Very small sink

It was easiest to get to and easy for the run we were doing on racoon mountain. the price was good for what you get.

Sometimes the front desk would be gone for awhile. It didnt affect us but it did other people trying to check into rooms. couldnt get the cable box to work. the pictures have pancakes and waffles, they only have waffles. The hall way and elevator smelled
