The restaurants, coffee shop and bar in this hotel were amazing. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. If it weren’t for them, I would have given this hotel a one star.
Negatives:
The guy who checked us in was not very nice at all. Although my family and I did not ask for much, he made us feel like he did not want to be bothered. Also, he gave us the worst room in the hotel; a wheelchair access room. And before we even saw the room, he made it a point to let us know that this was the only 2 bed queen available. I don’t see how this was possible for a hotel of this capacity, especially when I had already reserved the room and the hotel is as large as it is. Extremely disappointing
