I love the fact that there is no carpeting in the rooms. I have cats, and no carpeting makes life (and cleaning) so much easier!

The front desk employee was friendly. Very clean facility.

Typically at a Tru we’ve received complementary bottles of water when we check in and we didn’t this time. The breakfast bar had a poor selection. The sausage patties were more like pork jerky. The worst part was the employee who stocks the bar, she acted like she hated her job and the world as a matter of fact. It was just very unpleasant to see

This was a repeat stay for me. The staff is great, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. It is convenient to many restaurants, shopping and major highways.
Negatives:
We had an issue with noise in the room next to us but after speaking with the front desk, the noise stopped.

Location was good. Staff was pleasant. Rworking.Room was clean. They fulfilled my request for a room on the top floor, away from the elevator.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping in a hammock, no support. The breakfast was so-so. The pancake machine was not working.
