First time at a tru property. Would definitely stay again.
Negatives:
The toilet didnt flush and the hotel was sold out so they couldn't move us. There is no maintenance staff on sight at night. But we made it work since it was only one night and there is a bathroom in the lobby and we got a plunger. It did not affect my feeling that the hotel was excellent. The front desk person was great, felt so bad but really was nothing they could do. I only mention it because in fairness, someone else staying
may care more about that.
