The whole place was nasty, smelled like an ashtray. We had to be moved twice and ended up checking out the next morning just to be charged even though the facility was not clean!
The first room we were put in has places in the ceiling that was coming apart.

Everyday? We got there on Friday. Checked out on Sunday made service was never done on Saturday. When we left the room, they said we have to do not hang. Do Not Disturb sign on the door never such a thing. There was never no disturbed sign on the door we went up to get fresh towels. The clerk gave us a garbage bag and told us to give her the dirty ones and she'll give us clean ones. We had people knocking on our door hours at the night. I think that is just a heavy drug area. And for people that are one night, there's not a comfortable. Place to stay, we are from St. Louis.We already know how saint louis city is clarksville could have been a little better

They overcharged me and didn't pay me back it's been a week and their housekeeping didn't clean the rooms and when asked for the sheets to be changed. They walk the Sheets to us so we can change them ourselves when we check in the floors dirty our socks was black

I asked for a non smoking room. Mine was smoked in. Blanket had 6 cigarette burns. Ice bucket had a dead roach under it.roaches in bathroom. Soap build up in shower. Neighbor got arrested. When u walked u smelled Marijuana. Mold in bathroom.

The sheet had a cigarette hole in it. The pool heat pump was still out after 2 years. I asked for non smoking. It had been smoked in it. 2 packs of donuts at 7:30. I have photos of how bad it was. Bathroom ceiling coming apart. Cig. Burn on toilet sea

The smell when you first walk into lobby and the very nasty furniture in lobby. I knew we messed up. I was correct. The room smelled bad, shower nasty. Sheets and covers were gross. Had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies and blankets to sleep on. It's in a good location. But just nasty.
