Positives: Friendly front desk staff. There was a well maintained dog walking area, and lots of other areas my dog and I could safely take a little stroll for exercise. The room was comfortable and pretty quiet.

Negatives: It was a bit difficult to climb the stairs to my second floor room with luggage and dogs (my little dog was afraid of going down stairs.) This is not really the motel's fault, I know now to request a first floor room if I stay there again. I really wish the Red Roof chain would offer continental breakfasts. Those of us who travel with pets find it more convenient to grab something simple to take back to the room instead of going out somewhere else to find something.

Positives: Very noisy as freeway was a block away. I wouldn't pay more than $75. Instead of the $100+ I paid. But I think it's about what you would expect at a lower end hotel. The best thing was pets stay free!

Negatives: Cleaner, didn't even try breakfast. Beds were hard and the freeway noise was crazy.
