Positives: Friendly check in
Negatives: We had checked in to the hotel and it was early evening on 2-8-24. It was stated that we booked through a third party and would have to contact them for a receipt. We also heard the lady tell another couple “oh yeah it’s cheaper if you do not use a third party”. We ended up getting a phone call about a family emergency. My husband called the front desk and asked about us checking out early and if it was just the cost of the first night? They said to talk to the manager in the morning. When my husband took the room keys back and asked about a refund and was told “No, you booked through a third party so we can’t help you.” We left the next morning after staying one night. I was charged for 3 days and they never checked us out of our room until 345 pm on Sunday(2-11-24) and we had left and checked out on Friday morning (2-9-24). Also, i left some pictures of the room that they put us in. The walls were dirty especially the wall that used to have a mirror hanging on it. You can clearly see the color difference. There was mold in the corners of the room. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and very dated.
