Negatives: Smoke smell from the HVAC unit. Breakfast was lesser in quality than six years ago. Noise from remodeling.

Negatives: They didn't change the sheets daily

Negatives: Under remodel, dirty floors. Maids never clean your room or bring towels , or empty garbage . And they have the nerve to charge an additional 50$ in case you tear up anything which. Will never get back I’m sure

Negatives: Great place to spend the night

Negatives: My fishing partner and i have been staying here 3 o 5 times every year for the past 6 or 7 years. It's a convenient location, relatively inexpensive, and we can get a quick breakfast before we head back out to the river. Except for one or two acceptable glitches, we've always been well satisfied, and I've posted good reviews. But this morning when we got to the kitchen area, there was (1) no coffee, (2) no milk for the cold cereal, (3) no hot food*, (4) only a few paper plates and bowls, (5) no plastic spoons and only a few plastic forks and knives, (6) no paper/plastic cups for the juice (I used one of the 3 remaining coffee cups that were there). And #7, the ice machine was broken, so I had to buy a bag of ice at a gas station to fill my 1/2 gallon water pitcher that I take fishing. * In the past, the motel has always had scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal (with milk), yogurt, toast & jelly, and a waffle maker (The waffle maker was still there, as was the yogurt). The desk clerk told me that they "discontinued the eggs, biscuits and gravy a few months ago". The shower worked fine, but (I'm old - 80) the floor of the tub was a bit slippery (no mat or non-slip strips in place, and no grab bars for safety). NOT a complaint, just a suggestion. Bottom line, we were very disappointed! Breakfast is supposed to be available from 6:00 until 9:30, but at 7:30 there wasn't even any coffee available! And on top of the fact that we couldn't get a decent breakfast (which IS STILL MENTIONED online), the price went up between $5 and $6 since our last stay this spring!! We ARE planning several more fishing trips to the Cleveland area, but next time we will be looking for a better option. OH -- I nearly forgot! When checking out I noticed the latest posted score from the health department was only "72".

Negatives: The fight outside our room

Negatives: Room smelt like city smoke.pool party was loud about 15 minutes after closing time. Man in room 201 was banging on door trying to to get in at 12-130am , this happened for over a hour.the first thing on we were give was room 102, but the door was opened and dirty clothes all over room. The pillows need replacing they were lumpy, the kitchen had no food in itt at 9 am. I went ask what time they stop serving breakfast I was told not til 1030. There was waffle stop on counter but no waffle mix. I was told the truck would not be here today. The miniature muffins were stale.

Negatives: We ask for clean towels and never received them. Roaches in our room. BEDBUGS in our beds. I came home with bites all over my body. Breakfast foods were cold. Personel were no where to be found.
