Positives:
Great staff, clean, and a nice continental breakfast.
Negatives:
I called a day ahead to be sure the pool was open, and I was told it was open. The day I checked in the staff said it was open but we found the cover was on. I would have chose another motel had I known the pool was not available.

Positives:
The complimentary breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly and pleasant and the location was very convenient to major freeways and to local businesses and dining options. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Negatives:
The one major disappointment was the bed....it was very uncomfortable, with noticeable dips and waves... and difficult to get a full night's sleep. In my opinion, the hotel needs to replace worn mattresses with newer, firmer ones, rather than just pile on mattress toppers to try to improve them.

All in all a decent...
Positives:
The room was spacious, and the location was perfect for our needs.
Negatives:
The room was spacious, but the renovations left much to be desired. The door to the bedroom was too big, so it wouldn't close and overlapped the door jam by an inch. Everything in the room was hung crooked, including the backing to the television and headboard. The lighting was terrible in the seating area and it was very dark despite the big window. There was plenty of light in the bedroom though.
While the bedding was clean, the floors were dirty with crumbs from previous guests and A LOT of dead ladybugs.
The mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable.

We came for a wedding...

The staff were outstanding.
Negatives:
My thermostat in my room constantly reset. It would constantly reset to 64 degrees. I would have to get up during the night to turn the heat back on, and at times during the day. This happened the whole time I was there. (I did not report this until I left, as I thought this was normal for this particular thermostat). But was very aggravating.
Also it had a shower head, but never could find a way to turn it on, so had to use bath. Even pushing and pulling etc, never could find a button to shoot water to a shower.
