Negatives:
Business Center was not functioning. There were bugs in our room. The attention to daily needs were lacking as if we were imposing when we ask for something to be cared for. The TV was not working when we arrived and the night front desk worker was not able to get it working. The microwave had been unplugged and it took about 15 hours to get someone to come and move furniture to get it plugged up.

I liked having laminate in the room rather than carpet so that it felt cleaner. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the front desk employee was very friendly.
Negatives:
The updates are mostly superficial and the layout is not as open as other hotels we've stayed at. Like, who needs a closet?

I got bitten by bed bugs. And yes I stayed there. The bumps rise a day or two after being bitten. We were there the 15th and they started rising at 3:00 am in the morning. I have pictures to prove it.

This is my fourth stay at the same location. They are friendly and respectful to everyone who stays there. I stay there when I drive from north in indiana back to central florida. They even accommodate me each time and give me the same room which I Love.

There is really nothing that I don't like about this hotel.

Positives:
The staff were quite helpful moving us around and answering questions. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. The boys were happy swimming.
Negatives:
The cleaning was bad. The first room was full of black mold, the toilet didn't flush right and drawers were broken or filthy. Second room was a little cleaner but key lock didn't work. Third room was better but still dirty and so damp. The pool was run down and needs to be fixed (light fell out of socket and floor was broken). Oh and lots of spiders and we did see a roach in the room. We had to leave early cause our son got sick.
