The price doesn’t include a $60 deposit that is sorta hidden, unless you look closely at the booking details. Also, if you have a pet, it has to be walked to an area in front of the office to be relieved—- long walk if room is on the backside.

The price was great. Room are outdated and stuffy. Water pressure was next to nothing. Needless to say I won't be staying there in the future .

Booking people in late at night upstairs. First night I was woke three different times by people stomping around the place.

The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Having a second floor room as a senior couple apparently under or beside the mechanical room. The room lacked any comfortable seating. The room was only the bare necessities.

Very comfortable bed, nice staff. Clean and large bedroom. I slep very well.

The rooms were old and the furniture has seen better days. But the price and cleanliness is all I want.

Nothing nice to say about. It was a very dirty place.

I request a bottom floor room cause we were handicapped. They said they didn't care what the request said. My girlfriend fell going up and down the stairs. She had a stroke last year. They didn't care. Lawyer next step. There drug activities on the back side of the building going on. The staff was also involved with it. Bugs infested rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It needs to be torn down.

The facility doesn’t have breakfast, it would be a huge plus if they did. But they are the cleanest and most helpful people I’d rather stay there than anywhere else in the city. I give 5 stars to them!

Great location and very comfortable

The facility is spotless! Excellent maintenance.
Negatives:
The handicap shower was beautiful, but had no shelf to put shampoo, soap etc on, so I had to use the handicap chair for shelving and hold a grab rail alternately to wash rather than sit and clean myself, but it had an abundance of grab rails, without which the shower would have been impossible to use
