Room was not ready at 4:PM on October 10th. Hot water didn't work unless you turned the valve on, then it ran overe the too of the sink . Trash can under sink to catch drain water. Soap and shampoo was ridiculously small. Bathroom was in need of paint. Door to room was filthy. NOT a good experience at all. Friends room was just as bad! Never staying at a Red Roof again!

There were feces and boogers smeared all over the bathroom walls. The mattresses were very stiff and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The air conditioner hardly worked so it was very hot and humid throughout the night.

We didn't stay at the red roof inn. we had a room booked there and the GM MR JACK PATEL called us the night before we were checking in and told us that the hotel was having Water/plumbing problems and that they would have to cancel the reservation. we were already in Christiansburg Va on our way to Cleveland TN. I HAD made other arrangements at another hotel in Cleveland. as of 16 June 2025 the room at red roof has NOT been credited back to our credit card. VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE WHOLE THING AND I WILL BE GETTING MY CREDIT FOR THE ROOM WE DID NOT USE.

Location was convenient. Room was a decent size. Received plenty of towels and self-care products. I appreciated the mini fridge and coffee. Definitely a fairly priced room. The staff member at the front desk who checked us in was so nice and informative. Didn't catch his name but he was a Black man wearing a cool button-up and had a slight accent. Felt decently safe there.

Not the cleanest or newest bedding. I decided to just strip the bed entirely and use my own blanket because I was a bit uncomfortable with some stains (but also I am very finicky). The pillows were so flat. The deadbolt on our door did not work so we pushed a chair against the door lol. Also no breakfast but considering the price, it wasn't a big deal.
