The gym and pool were nice. The grill and seating area were also nice.
Ariah at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a plus.

The elevators need attention as they do not operate properly and could potentially be a guge hazardin an emergencysituation. We used the stairs. There was German cock roaches in our first room. They moved us to another room, which smelled like arm pits that hadn't ever met deodorant. There was mold all around the shower on the rotten baseboard from a very poor design of the shower glass. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. When I went to the front desk with my kids to extend our stay for one night due to the wedding we were attending, ending so late, the they/them guy at the front desk was very stand offish and rude and rolled his/her eyes at my son. The next day, when I was in the gym, he came in and pretended to go to a closet for something and made me feel very uncomfortable with his stares. Everyone else acted in a professional manner as expected in a hospitality environment.

Shower was horrible. The shower partition could be at least 12"-14" wider. The opening is such that water sprays an enormous amount onto the floor, and it shows, as the baseboard is seriously deteriorating. It's not my job to clean up a large pile of water. The situation took away from what would have been a real pleasant stay.
