Over all the stay was great, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.

Along further inspection of the room I noticed a large what appeared to be a stain in the tub with a puddle of stagnant water, I was unable to have a nice warm shower after a 6 hours drive due to the condition of this bath tub.

Easy to get to. Close to my family in Collierville.The bed was ok. All we were looking for was a place to sleep.
Negatives:
WiFi did not work. Stained pillow cases. Smoke alarm was dangling from a wire from the ceiling. Bad fitting door on bathroom. Mold on bathroom floors. Sheetrock was cracked with tape pulling off. Breakfast was mediocre at best but did the job.

The hotel was terrible. We booked this for friends coming in for Christmas and we were VERY embarrassed by the staff treatment and lack of quality in the room. It was dirty and right by the cleaning area. The staff was rude about their having a very small dog with them which we paid for. The whole experience was poor.

Live and dead Roaches everywhere, even dead ones in fridge. No blow dryer. Our doorlock didn't work, we had to go by office and they let us in everytime we left. Tub ran whole time and no stopper for sink or tub. Heater wouldn't shut off and it was suffocating. Ice machine didn't work part of time. Waffle iron didn't work 1st day. 2nd day was leftovers (stale) from 1st day. Had cereal, no milk.
