The room was clean and the biggest selling point is the air conditioning for me. This go around it was serviced perfectly with this Memphis weather. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
Negatives:
The issues I found this go around was the faucet in tub was dripping, a towel frozen in freezer, and when I moved clock found roaches crawling as well Im the closet and the walls were not clean.

Towels were gross and felt slimy and stiff. Stains on all pillows and sheets. Room smelled horrible and carpet was beyond disgusting. Faucet was not attached to sink so it moved when you tried to turn it on. Methhead came up to us outside and scared my mom and daughter. Sink was literally cracked down the center of bowl and had a piece of tape or plastic or something clear covering the crack. This motel/hotel is so far below Collierville standards that I am amazed it is even allowed to continue.
