Seems to be a hub for construction workers. Lots of big trucks parked. One was broken down right in front of my room. The location only has stairs, Lots of trips to take my luggage to my room. The room smelled musty and there were bugs in the tub.

The floor was sticky and the place was filthy. They require a $100 deposit upon check in and I still havent gotten it back yet. The room was extremely small

This hotel is severely worn & tired. It is staffed by non English speaking staff who were not friendly. The ad on the internet is very misleading!

The staff could barely understand basic English, didn't handle complaints seriously when we filed and the food selection for breakfast sucked. The location also sucks and is super inconvenient for shoppers.

No Breakfast offered, they put us in a non smoking room that smelled really bad of smoke.

Easy check in and friendly staff. Location was great as well.

The hotel is in need of repairs and upgrades. Our bathroom ceiling was coming apart but overall the room was pleasant. I also don't agree with being billed a deposit fee on credit card at check in. Keep card on file in case of incidents.

i didnt like anything to do with the place. staff extremly rude. kept half of depositfor spot on towel. i brought my own,didnt use theres. found out they used same excuse on 4 other people i know thats stayed there. would never stay again wouldnt recomend
