Lady at front desk was very nice
Negatives:
Blankets on bed were ripped and had burn marks and stains , was supposed to be a king suite with a spa tub . Was nothing like what pics showed . Was only a shower they did change our room for us but was still not as advertised and was a small regular bath. No coffee pot in room as advertised and no breakfast ( only grab and go) was NOTHING AS ADVERTISED. Will not ever go back.

The lamp shade in the room was disgusting. Looked like bug poop all around the bottom of the lamp shades. Bathroom walls looked stained & not well kept. Room was stinky. Staff was really nice tho .

I Will not stay here again unless they clean it up

Very comfortable bedding. Good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of channels on the tv. Fridge worked well. Enjoyable stay. Thank you!

You can tell the place is getting older. I think our next door neighbor lives there and has made it very homey. There was traffic noise but that can’t be helped for the centralized location.

The only thing was the bed wasnt bad.

The place is filthy. The breakfast sucks. The floors look like you could fall through them. They are stingy with towels. Expect you to use 2 with a family of 4. No one said the pool was closed. We had not stayed there for several years but this time was the worst. It wont happen again.

We mistakenly booked a smoking room although I absolutely DID NOT do that on purpose. Could a smoking room somehow been the default? When we checked out, they charged us an extra $10 for the non-smoking room. I am 83 years of age and have traveled in all 50 states and over 100 countries--never ONCE have I been charged specifically for a non-smoking room. In many other hotels or motels I have visited, they charge for a smoking room but NOT for a non-smoking room. Are they running out of smokers and now have to charge non-smokers?

The owner was so rude and hateful. The AC didn't work in the room, and he wouldn't let us change rooms. I have medicine that affects me when it gets too hot, and the 1 night we stayed, I was up all night so sick. I am still waiting for my refund for the second night. This hotel also charges for kids.

Front desk lady was super helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Air conditioners had to be turned on in the room and took a long time to cool the room down. Fridge not working properly.
No elevators for 2nd floors to take luggage up.
