Wifi was not functional for the entire night. I tried with several devices and could connect using the credentials provided but no internet service was available. While I booked a smoking room (I smoke a pipe, not cigarettes), this room was still smoking when I arrived and clearly hadn't been aired out in weeks. TV remote did not work at all and all I could access on the TV were the first two pages of the channel guide, and could not figure out how to select a channel. I'm used to Roku-type service both at home and when I travel and this wasn't that, so could have been me.

They so rude and bad service and lier first she say just wait 5 minutes the system down then she say I can’t let you in until 3 pm and it was morning time and I need to shower and change clothes because I didn’t make it to the bathroom I need my money back and I hope you change the rude lady
