When transferring an individual out of a wheelchair into a bed and the beds are only 2 feet off the ground makes it very difficult on a person’s back

I loved our "check in" lady. I believe her name was LINDA. Anyway, it will be so much better when the renovations are complete. Not only for the staff, but customers as well.
