Staff not pleasant, no acknowledgement of clients. Breakfast was sitting there all day until the next day. Nothing fresh, well except the coffee but not able to eat anything. Room smelled weird. Out dated. Door needed to be slammed to close properly.

It did not meet our expectations. In our first room, 204, we noticed that the door was not secure. there was a significant gap between the door and the frame, large enough that we could easily open the door using our hotel card through the gap. To fee safer, we had to jam a towel in the gap and place a chair against the door for the night. On our second night in room 129, we encountered further issues. The bathroom tub was unclean, which prevented us from taking a shower the next morning. Additionally, we found small brown spots on the top bed sheet, which was quite concerning.

The location was good for my purpose in town, as we were there to visit family.
Negatives:
Room was listed as a Deluxe Room, there was nothing deluxe about this room. The floors were so dirty, my the bottom of my feet were black 2 mins after getting out of the shower. Very little hot water for the shower. Bathroom was atrocious. There was a hole in the shower stall wall, toilet seat was about to fall off. Bathroom door was in bad need of painting, it looked like it had been pulled out of a recycled property. The exhaust was not working properly, sounded like the fan was getting stuck and then slipping loose, very noisy when running. Ice machine/snack machine area was awful/not working. Pool out of service.

Where oh where should I start with this review? This was nothing than a roach interested hotel.
It was filthy. The floors felt sloppy when you walked on me.
They were bugs in the bug on the wall.
A drug deal with going on in the back when I drove around the location was horrible.
This hotel people was super sketchy.
We walked in the room, put our feet down, turned around and walked out and never went back. I would never ever send anyone to this nasty hotel please please spend extra money and go somewhere else!!!!!!
I am just absolutely floored that booking.com allowed this hotel to be on their website
