Great customer service and the bed was so comfortable. We went for the outdoor pool and we enjoyed lounging by the pool.

Was accused of pet in room which it was not,my daughter stopped to see me and show her new puppy which she held and never let down and was in room for maybe 5mins.stafff said pets weren't allowed to stay and I told them my daughters visit was short and puppy was held the whole time,,they demanded 100 $ or would call police which they did.i will never stay again..also the had police trespass me to never return..gg

Owner/Guest relations manager chewed out front desk staff to point she was crying because she got locked out of the system and had to call it.. Didn't pull the staff into a side did it out I'm the open where guests walk right in

Stayed here to have a safer structure during a severe weather outbreak and it was a sturdy structure to ride out several tornado warnings so it was good for that. The amenities were fine, and as expected for the price paid. The provided breakfast area had a waffle maker, coffee, apple and orange juice, a few packaged fruit pastries and some white bread and a toaster. Room was decently cleaned, but there was someone else's old chapstick under the edge of the bed. Because the rest was pretty clean, I assumed it just got pushed under by the vacuum and wasn't seen. I asked for extra towels and housekeeping brought them within a few minutes, despite being told it wasn't a rush as it was for the next morning.
Negatives:
The microwave plate didn't fit properly on the turntable thing, so it made a loud scary noise which made me decide against using it. Because I had very little that I would've microwaved, I didn't bring this to the hotel's attention. So while I assume it would've been taken care of, I have no way to verify that.
