The ramp going up to 3rd floor was slippery, almost fell 3 times. Does not have all the things at hotel as claimed in booking for facility.

The second room shows on the wall where the door was possibly kicked in. We had roaches in this room, two queen bed room first floor. Also bathroom tub in queen room was molded and needs replaced.
