Positives:
It was cheap and we didn't have to use our card. Staff was great.
Negatives:
There were cockroaches in the bathroom, cracks in the wall, and the door didn't latch all the way unless you pushed hard. Also, the tub needs shower mats so someone doesn't fall. It was a bit creepy. I don't know but it sounded like someone tried to get into the room at 415 this morning. But we had it locked and bolted. Dayton has been a great place, but this place looked run-down.

It was pretty affordable. This was a last minute trip.

The fridge wasn’t working so we were unable to keep our drinks and food cold, we noticed a few roaches in the motel room(which that needs to be taken cared of by an exterminator, never had that type of experience before it’s not good for business), but overall the beds were comfortable the shower was nice and was able to watch some good tv shows.

I don't need or want to pay for amenities I am not using.
I travel to be with distant relatives not to lounge around a motel.
I can park my car right outside my room.

Once they changed our room it was okay. If I Would of had a choice I would have preferred to leave.

Toilet seat had to fix myself, refrigerator made so much noise, tired to level and found bugs under the refrigerator. Tv had no volume on several channels and the staff tried to fix it. The ac would cool only at 73, that would freeze you out, but placed it on 75 and it would get too hot. Worst motel on a months trip. Worst motel on all my trips.
