Easy booking, pleasant and helpful staff.

1. We had the room for 3 nights. The TV remote was difficult to figure out how to work it.
There wasn't a written instruction sheet or diagram in the room.
We got the TV on and picked a couple channels... but the remote's volume would not work to turn up... it was just muted or VERY low.
We asked the office about how it works, but clerk didn't know or have any other remote to exchange it.
So we spent the first evening watching, but not hearing the TV, .. and my husband spent the whole next 2 days in the room with no TV .. frustrated with trying to get the volume to work, he just turned it off. I was away from room all day helping a friend move.
I came to the office again to ask about getting a remote to work... and the clerk quickly switched a remote from another room. We finally had a remote that worked for one evening... and we checked out the next morning.
2. The room was "clean at first look", but the floor was dirty...needed mopped, leaving the bottom of our feet black from walking around in the room.
