The only complaint I have was when we showed up to check in they said all booking.com reservations had been cancelled because Booking used a fake credit card. They were not giving us a room. I did get a room at their prices as we had travelled all they way from Mn to TN and had no where else to go.

We drove 300 miles to be told our reservation was canceled because my card was denied. But with the reservation it said "pay at property " and "no card needed ". Now how can something be denied when it wasn't needed? They proceeded go offer me a room at $30 more than what I booked for. Just very unprofessional and inconvenient. I'll never try to stay there again
