Positives: Great value. Very clean. Felt Safe. Great hotel staff. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was just okay (they did have waffles which the kids always like).

Negatives: Not much for common area (no good foyer seating). Breakfast seating is small area with low ceilings (like footprint of two hotel rooms).
