Good place but the bed...
Positives:
The price and I have stayed in Red Roof many times...this location was sub-standard at best. Staff lackadaisical.
Negatives:
The carpet in hallway was filthy.
There was hair on the floor in both rooms/bathrooms.
There was mold in the shower around soap holders, etc.
The hotel is a no smoking facility...yet we had to pass through a section of rooms coming and going from our rooms where people were obviously smoking. Especially the next morning it was SO strong!!!
I questioned the front desk young man and he explained, not once, not twice but THREE times he insisted that it was coming in from outside...seriously?? There is NO 4th floor, no deck, AND there would have had to have been dozens and dozens of smokers out back to even come close to the amount of smoke in that was seeping out of the rooms. Finally, they had a plug in aromatic in the hallway to 'try' and dissipate the smell.

The beds were horribly hard and the cleaning lady was not friendly threatening to charge for a second roll of toilet paper when we started out with an almost empty roll.
