My international flight was delayed - I emailed the hotel to keep them updated. I had a connecting flight to Nashville which I missed so updated the hotel via email again when i got Wi-Fi - only to find they classed me as a no show! I went in the next day when I finally arrived only to be told they had cancelled my whole 5 night booking. Very little consideration for a lone international traveller who was unable to check in but had made numerous efforts to inform. To add insult to injury I was then charged two nights stay. …. And yet they had cancelled my booking and given my room to others.
