The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The facilities were horrible, for the price point expected the facilities to be in better shape. The pool was over chlorinated and did not look like it had been cleaned in sometime. The gym area was a closet, the shower when first turning on the water came out brown, and there was rust in the tub bottom. Beds were horrible and smelt like smoke.

The lobby was very hot . When I booked this hotel on booking nothing was ever said that a high school prom would be attending from 7pm-10pm. Or if this is the case then maybe you guys shouldnt do both at the same time? This wasnt really fair because we paid full price for a night that wasnt really enjoyable. This was my 1 year wedding anniversary. We went and ate dinner and came back to hotel to find absolutely no parking because of prom. Mind you I was charged for a 10.00 parking fee. We had to drive around till 10:30. We come back and it was so loud that we were up till 2:00am all from very loud people talking and walking by the rooms I was ready to leave at 3:30am. loud music playing till after 11pm. By 7:00 am we were already packed and left. We wont be back next year.
