Hotel is being remodeled. Hall carpets filthy. Adhesive tracked onto flooring needs removing with acetone. Plumbing wasn't tested after installing and leaked.Room should have had been cleaned before lodging guests. Room used only for shower and sleeping

They were remodeling and everything was a mess. The fitness room had construction equipment and construction trash that needed to be thrown out so it couldn't be used. Should have closed to remodel and then reopen. Juice machine was broken at breakfast.

I was assigned a room on the renovating floor, I endured overwhelming paint smell and dirty bedding. Front desk's rude response to my concerns left me frustrated. Overall, a disappointing experience that did not meet start rating standard.

The hotel was being renovated, so it was a mess. I called prior to booking and I was assured that a full breakfast, including hot food, was served. This was incorrect. Had I known the truth I would have booked elsewhere. I will never stay at this hotel

Everything we had a perfect stay and I am used to hotel/motel experiences as I worked in hospitality for years. The remodeling is turning out beautifully in the rooms

I reserved a king bed apartment which the pictures showed having two separate rooms, one with the king bed, and one with a full couch that made into a bed. That was NOT what we were given! We were given a king bed room with a chair that reclined.Lied

The workers knew that we couldnt do anything else so they didnt even try to apologize for the lies about the room. I had to sleep in the recliner which was awful and we had to make them give me some bedding for it. We will not go back there again.

Third floor, where we were put, was half closed off for renovations and construction. Not good

Bed mattress was hard and being able to hear every car on I-65 just off the back of the property made for a rough night sleep. The breakfast area looked like a joke, but never partook of anything because nothing I liked. Sure there was a waffle maker, but with that being the only hot food there, it was always already being used.

The only good things we could say about this hotel is the clerk at the counter was friendly and pleasant, the TV worked fine, the internet worked, and the bed did not have bedbugs (which we thoroughly checked for).

AWFUL! Old & rundown. Old carpet, walls were marked up & dirty; window coverings torn & dirty and sprayed with soda, bedsheets were thin, old and pilled, pillows were flat & lumpy, scummy shower walls! Not enough space here to explain our disgust!

It was cheap. If you only need a place to sleep, this place works. I wish I knew there was a pool because I would have brought my swimming trunks.

The bathroom knob was hard to operate and worn out. The breakfast was very limited with little in the way of protein sources.

I was pleasantly surprised that I had maid service every day. I have not had that since the COVID pandemic started. I realize that the hotel was under renovations. The staff was very helpful, friendly and acccomodating.

The breakfast could have had more offerings. Even if scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon were out of the question, I would have liked to see yogurt and fresh fruit.
