The staff was awesome which helped me overlook the rooms disappointment. The location of hotel helped as well as having creek side view with balcony.
Negatives:
Bedding was stained and dingy but clean. Dust buildup light fixtures and headboard from inadequate cleaning. This is the reason for lower rating. I have always chosen Hampton due to usually better decor and cleanliness but was very let down but front desk staff was awesome. Recommend investing in new bedding and towels and stricter cleaning guidelines and spot check that staff are performing tasks thoroughly. Not the usual standard I have experienced in a Hampton Inn in regard to bedding, towels and cleanliness for amount of money charged.
