Loved the location, walking distance to everything! The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the sitting area inside and outside with the fires. The kids loved the pool also!
Negatives:
I thought i read on the website that all rooms had a balcony or patio, we didnt get either. Also, we had to call the front desk to figure out how to get the jets on oir jacuzzi to work. They said the button panel on the wall by the bathroom controlled it, nope..we finally figured out those buttons controlled our window shade! The buttons on the wall by our TV controlled the Jacuzzi jets! They really should label their button pads so guests know what operates what. That is why i gave my review a 9. Overall it was a decent stay.

It’s was an excellent hotel. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub.

It was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean and nice.

Main reason I chose this is bc of the pool and hot tub for my little one. The pool was so gross it was cold and very green. The hot tub was very gross as well. The ac in the room didn't work well. So very disappointing more about the pools.
