I wasn't told that larparking was covered in my room or a $50 security deposit would be charged. Until I arrived and when I checked out the paskrking bill

The warm chocolate chip cookies were a nice gesture! Beds were comfortable. Nice outside setting areas but the fire pits were not working so we could not really enjoy them! Trolley service was a plus! I was very disappointed the Hotel was not nicer!!!

The entire hotel is too dark & gloomy looking. The decor is old and worn out. Cabinet in my bedroom had a hole in it & the refrigerator would slide around when I opened it. The pool was not well kept! Water looked cloudy & only one slide was available!!!

This is not a 4 star hotel! The bedding was terrible! The sheets felt like hospital bedding, the bed was rock hard, the piano plays too long in the lobby! There as no cookie at check in. Our room was not very clean especially the bathroom.

Have stayed twice before, and love everything about the place!! The front desk staff upon arrival could use some manners, but other than that everything was fantastic. The front desk attendant was Matthew that could use some manners. Stella, and Savannah were A++

My ONLY complaint is Matthew at the front desk. Maybe he was tired, and ready to go home, but I have been in customer service my entire life, and I k ow when somebody needs some training.

Stayed at 2.5 star hotels that were nicer. Rooms not ready at 4. Rooms were okay. They told us trolley was unavailable because people were parked in road. 30 minutes later we saw trolley loading people. Difficult getting up and down road cuz cars in road
