Negatives:
First , My Heat Didn’t Work In 227 .
Then, I was moved to 226 it smelled like paint and the heat barely worked but I was tired so I wrapped up and went to bed .
Finally At check out I Asked for extension usually an average hotel gives you 1 hour or to 130pm if you had a late check in. my car decided not to start so i went to the office and asked for an extension and I was basically told I had only 30 minutes if I wanted to stay over but if I stayed passed 1130 they would keep my deposit. The manager was so clear about it he mentioned even if I came down by 1131 my deposit would be kept… I didn’t like that at all. I felt I should’ve gotten some type of discount future credit or something because when my heat didn’t work mind you I did have to wait around until they fixed the problem load and unload all my belongings then I get home I left a pair of boots but no one can seem to find them it’s a lot .
