Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Spacious. Frig was cold. Good breakfast and Great fresh hot coffee. Friendly helpful staff. Blind was stuck but we fixed it. Nice shower. Hate to leave!

The pool was warm… The bed was super comfortable… very clean. Room was very comfortable.
Negatives:
They only had 3 trolleys for the whole hotel & we could never find one (the staff even looked and couldn’t find one) So we had to pack all of our stuff to the car and we had a lot of stuff so we made 2-3 trips before we could get it all in the car which resulted in us being late to our event. Breakfast food was nasty… biscuits and gravy, eggs and both sausages they served was gross. The only good part about breakfast was the pancakes & cereal.

The pool and exercise facilities were nice. The staff very friendly and breakfast was great.
Negatives:
The shower had damage to it. The refrigerator did not work and we were not informed. There were several outlets that did not work. The air conditioning system sounded like a jet taking off any time it kicked on.

Breakfast had many options. Rooms were pretty clean. Neighborhood seemed decent.
Negatives:
OJ was far from good. Fold out sofa and linens were disgraceful!! Extra comforter was stained, no sheets provided, and the mattress was deplorable. Shower curtain could stand being washed. There were only 3 sets of towels provided. We had a group of 5 for two nights and had to get our own extra towels even when housekeeping was available (they said we had to go to the front desk). Hotel rules were not enforced by staff even when directly notified (Two children approximately 10 years old were left unattended in the pool. They were running, jumping, and rough housing. Nothing was done after notifying the desk.)

Positives:
The door would not lock!! You could open the door without the key card-just push it open. The deadbolt didn’t lock as well. Also, the bathroom door didn’t lock. Hmmmm, sounds like fishy business with the hotel.

Location was great convenient to places to eat /shopping.
Negatives:
Drains in bathroom were very slow. Sink would not drain . Shower was slow to drain, you had to stay in water to take a shower. The overhead light was also out in the bathroom.
