I didnt even get to go to this hotel because they canceled my stay, so I had to drive back home 3 hours the same day I arrived. They didnt even try to accommodate me either. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. They wont even refund me!

Upon checking out we left a pillow and blanket. The hotel couldn't find the items.

Easy access off I65. The staff was polite and friendly. It was close to lots of dining and shopping. Shower had good pressure and there were no issues with hot water or drains. The bedding was clean. Refrigerator and microwave.

Basically a well used place and showing it. There was mold in the bathroom at the ceiling and in the crevices. The room smelled like a heavy musk that was alleviated by the A/C a bit. The refrigerator needed defrosting. Picture missing from a wall.

There were electrical issues with a lamp. Under the vanity in the entryway it was filthy. The bathroom had paint peeling everywhere and the curtain rod was patched so many times, the cover over the end of the rod wouldn't fit. You couldn't adjust the a/c
