Dirty. I had to change rooms 4 times and still didn't end up with what I paid for. Rooms were unclean, broken doors, trash on floors. Sheets horribly wrinkled and some were stained with a yellow substance. Goo on the door, windows and peepholes. Yuck.

not aware they were having construction at the hotel.Handicap spaces were very far from the side entrances being used instead of the main entrance. Side doors were unlocked for no security of the building. Tons of noise near doors/stairwells all hours

Room finishes were a little rough. Bathroom smelt like a mixture weed and mold. Loud partying until 2am in room next to us.

Our room smelt like weed & they refused to change. I had to buy spray to get it out. The floor was pretty gross like didnt sweep or vacuum.

Dated, old, air off in room when I arrived and had to wait for tech. He was prompt and courteous however. Cable off all night, no luggage carts coming or going. Had to make multiple trips to load and unload my car. Desk said the were all in use. Buy more!

I got there at the supposed checkin time and the room wasn't ready. They got it ready quickly, which turned out to mean they didn't really clean it, they just tidied it up. We had to have them sweep and we found a live roach in the bathroom. No good.

Multiple issues: employee using cell phone while checking me in, they did not inform us they had no hot water, toilet broke but they expected us to fix it, rude employees.

my experience was fine. the staff was lovely. the room was clean and convenient. the toilet seat was loose.

the toilet seat was loose. I was not given the WiFi code. Several people on my floor complained that their room was dirty. the ice machine was missing.(there was one on another floor)

It seemed as though something was leaking above us and into the bathroom? It was dripping onto the Kleenex box in the bathroom.

Night desk help was attentive on check in, and the room was clean and large.

The breakfast was not good, and the coffee wasn’t kept full, so you could t even get a full cup. Wrong way to start a day.

Even though it was over Christmas, the hotel staff made sure that everything was up to par. They were courteous,helpful, and knowledgeable.
