The hotel staff was great! The hotel room had hair all over the bathroom floor. The hand towel rack fell on the floor when I took the towel off there was milk left in the refrigerator. The room was not clean.
Negatives:
I hope this will lead to someone going in and fixing the problem. Its too nice of a hotel for it to get rundown. There was several things that needed repair in the room. They really need someone to inspect the rooms after the help cleans them.

stayed at the hotel because it was close to my meeting scheduled for the following morning. Got up bright and early to have breakfast before my important meeting only to be told by the front desk, that there would be NO BREAKFAST, until some help arrived"

It was exactly what I expected and met all my expectations.

There was no whirlpool in the pool are. Additionally the bed was only marginally comfortable. These detractors were not enough to give a lower star rating.
