Staff barely spoke English. I had a reservation when I got there my room wasn't available I had to wait on a room even though I booked a reservation. Dogs the staff had to go back and forth to double-check what rooms were clean even though I had a reser

The tv would not work in room nor the room they wanted to switch me too. The bed had top cover on but fitted sheet folded up on bed. Sheets had small holes. The blackout curtain looked like stars with the light shining through the tiny holes all in it.
