I COULD NOT TELL YOU, I MADE RESERVATION 2 TO 3 DAYS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL, WE DROVE 700 MILES STRAIGHT THRU FROM TEXAS IN ROUTE TO WASHINGTON DC , WERE VERY TIRED , DiD NOT KNOW YOU CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION IN THE MEAN TIME SO WE WERE NOT VERY HAPPY WHEN WE ARRIVED, THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO STAY AT RESIDENT INN, BUT WILL NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN

I don’t know. When we got there, they said something happened and they sent us to a Howard Johnson. They said they had tried to call, but I did not have any missed calls and messages. I had called earlier in the day to tell them when I would be there. They never mentioned anything. I think I deserve a refund.

It was close to the soccer complex we had a tournament at.
Negatives:
The bed was leaning, not comfortable, couch is outdated and very low to the ground, the sofa bed mattress was less than desirable, the 9 year old refused to sleep on it, wasn’t given extra sheets or covers for said kid even though room was booked with child. Breakfast was said to be served at 6:30 but on weekend at 7 we had to be at soccer field before 7:30.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to contact booking.com; I was on hold for over 20 minutes, and when I finally spoke to someone, I felt they weren't able to hear me properly. To make matters worse, I was overcharged.

The hotel canceled my reservation with one days’ notice and left us scrambling to find other accommodations as we traveled cross-country. We are still waiting for our credit card charges to be adjusted, as we were charged even though they canceled us.

The staff was so nice when we checked in and the lobby was very beautiful

The room was dirty. We found food crumbs under the sheets of the beds, the pool was very dirty and unsuimable and the kitchen tiles weren't even attached to the floor they were just loosely sitting on the floor. The hot tub didn't work either. We had said something to the staff and they said they would address it. We found dirty bed sheets on our kitchen counter tops when we arrived also.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the grandkids. We read reviews that the cleaning was marginal (forgot towels, left something behind) I assume managerial staff takes care of these issues. When we arrived the first thing we were greeted with waking into our room was dirty sheets on the counter. How do you miss that? The ice maker in the fridge did not work. Several burned out light bulbs. The pool was cloudy and unusable for young children. A very disappointing experience!
