The room was nice but small. The staff is very friendly. They were able to accommodate the three of us and our dog.

The neighborhood was a little iffy. Right off I40 lots of traffic.

The staff were very friendly and informative. The place was very clean and so was our room. Comfortable beds. Close to shopping stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Waffle maker, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, and two kinds of cereal. Orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. Located in a quiet area.

The door was problematic. One time it didn't close and another the key didn't work.

I didn’t like that my room was not cleaned when I arrived. The bathroom was dirty, and there was dirty washcloth still in the bathroom. I didn’t like that my key kept getting deactivated every time I left the room and I had to go to the front desk every time I will return back to the hotel to get a new key to get into my room. Also, the breathless was not hot at all. You only get a waffle or some cereal or cold coffee nothing extra extravagant.

The room was dirty and smelled. When we arrived the sink was plugged up. Instead of them fixing it I had to get them to loan me a plunger and I got it to work myself. The floor was so dirty it stained my feet black. The bed was very uncomfortable. Very little water pressure in the sink and the plunger for the sink was broken.

They lied to me I stayed there paid a 50 dollar fee because I paid with card they say I would get the 50 back never did I know nothing was wrong with the room because it was just as clean when we left as it was when we went in there.
