The front desk staff were great, especially with what they had to work with. Breakfast was adequate.
Negatives:
Extremely run down. Bathroom door was falling off the hinges, coffee pot had used pod in it, mold in bathroom. All of which made us question cleanliness.

Great breakfast. Staff went far above and beyond their calls of duty to make our stay most enjoyable.
Negatives:
I needed a handicapped room and I reserved one. When we got to the hotel, there had been a mix up and they had already rented the only handicapped room they had. The staff then got together, fixed us up in a room with a walk in shower and we made it fine.

A few hiccups that were...
Positives:
We booked from our car on the highway and everything was fine when we got there. It was a rainy Friday night in early March. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. We were travelling with or year old puppy and were on the second floor. The hotel was really clean and the TV worked well.
Negatives:
The area around was not that great for dog walking but it was rainy so we did not want to stay out that long.

We got a room with 2 beds.....my son pulled the covers back on his bed and there was 2 blood spots on the sheet!!!!!! Whoever made that bed had to have seen it, it was not some small stain, it was about the size of a nickel in 2 different spots. It was after 9pm and we were exhausted so he just slept in the bed with me.

Did not get to stay at the hotel, they could not find my reservation feom booking. After working a 9 hour day , I drove 5 hours to get their at midnight and find out I didn't have a room.

We didn't stay. After getting a confirmation email from Booking.com, we arrived at the motel only to find that they did not have our reservation. We were very disappointed in Booking.com, and left the SureStay motel, went next door to the Super 8, and were greeted by friendly staff who immediately accommodated our room request and took care of us. We had used Booking.com exclusively for our trip, but we will not use it again.
What we liked most was the motel next door.
Negatives:
The front desk attendant, after seeing our plight, was unable to provide the room we requested. Not her fault at all, but she was glib, flippant, and surly.
