Clean, comfortable bed, convenient location
Negatives:
We were told that our credit card had been declined, which it had not. They ran the card a second and third time, resulting in 3 charges for the room. When we checked our card balance and saw that we had been charged 3 times, we notified the desk clerk. One of those charges was removed, but not the 2nd charge. Our card account shows we were charged twice for a 1 night stay. The hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was not available at promised time, and was not adequate.

The proximity to a restaurant. The ac worked.
Negatives:
Everything. The bathroom door was obviously punched in and patched badly. The sink faucet was broken. There were moths in the room. The bathtub was old with chipped enamel. The bed surface was very lumpy. It was a scary location.

Negatives:
Ambience.
People were listening loud music while night in open.
Smoking outside the rooms which is not good environment especially traveling with family.
Main office is closed and you have to interact via window which seems unwelcoming or the area is not good to stay.
