Only thing good was lots of parking and a McDonald's close by.

Front desks doesn't even open till 3pm so if you get there early you just wait in the car. Flooring was very bad, like they laid down cheap vinyl flooring on a bad floor. Very uneven you could cut your feet on the bad spots. No bath towels or tub floor ma for the shower. Shower curtain was moldy. Floor was so dirty my feet got dirty after the shower.. Then, onto of that they charge $100.00 deposit for a dump. Forget it. Won't stay again and won't recommend ever.

Location, we usually stop off here on our way to Gatlinburg.

Price was high for the overall quality, I know there was improvements made but there is still needing more. The one room we were in the toilet was rocking, water would not turn off very well. Breakfast was very limited; only waffles no syrup, dry cereal no milk, honey buns.

The location was great, off the expressway for a one night stay. They are improving the hotel with new remodeling.

The rooms are being remodeled so there are a lot of construction materials around the property. We were assigned a newly remodeled room. The construction details/quality could be improved especially in the bath area (shower/tub, caulk, fixtures, etc)

We had only hot water at night, only cold water in the morning. When we asked a staff member about the cold water issue, we were told, you have wait 15 minutes for hot water. We did, nothing happened. They told us we could have asked for a different room.

Didn’t eat fasting before mass. Room had a dirty odor and the floor was uneven going to the toilet. The bed was comfortable and clean.

For the person who didn’t do a good job with the floor to repair the floor so it is level. I have a problem with falling so it was a danger for me.

They are working through a renovation. New beds were very comfortable. Refridg anf microwave in each room a plus. Total cost, including taxes, less than $100 per night.
Negatives:
Our room was in an area where they said the rooms have been renovated. Hopefully this is not the finished product. They installed new vinyl planking type floating floors. A nice appearance but the wallboard molding looks like it was installed by a 3rd grader. The combination mirror and light above the sink doesn't give adequate light to shave. They have removed the closet so no place to hang clothes. Overall construction workmanship I would give a grade of D.
