Positives: Room was clean. Holiday Club member. Did not make any difference. Not even a bottle of water. Nothing but coffee for breakfast. Very below what we are accustomed to with Holiday Inn.

Negatives: Smelled musty in hallways and rooms. Hospitality was almost none. The beds were hard and no info about hotel or area. The restaurant was suppose to open at 6 am and by 6:15 they still werenÂ't open so we had to leave with out eating. The toilet was loos

Positives: Because of travel issues we were not able to actually check into our hotel until 7 am!!! We were exhausted, dirty, and tired. The staff met me with a smile and agreed to allow us to have a late check out so we could catch a few hours of sleep. Amazing!
Negatives: The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well staffed. The cleaning staff was also so friendly. I will use this hotel again if I am ever in the area. They all did a fantastic job! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!!

Negatives: On our 2nd night stay we had loud guest in the room next to us who stayed up until 4 in the morning screaming and yelling.

Negatives: For one, the staff said that there was shuttle service when called. When I arrived they did not have for the following day. The pool was filthy and not available the times listed. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel because of the service.

Positives: Clean & quiet
Negatives: Thermostat did not work. Room was too hot. Staff said they replaced the entire unit which was completely not true. Both nights the room was too warm to sleep comfortably.
