When we checked in, it was 1am. They allowed us to have late check out at noon without any problems, and all of the staff were very pleasant.

The mattress and bedding was very good. Allowed for a great night of sleep.

We were expecting a breakfast buffet for a quick breakfast. There was only one waitstaff and it took several minutes for her to come out from the back. We had to be somewhere within 45 minutes so we asked for a credit on the breakfasts.

Positives:
The beds were exceptional! Good rest for weary and tired travelers. Most hotels leave little bottles of shampoo and such , but it impressed me that they provided big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! And it was name brand! Dove lol . It was very clean too, which is ALWAYS my main concern in a hotel.
Negatives:
The only issue we had was as we were getting ready of the morning of our check out & a housekeeper walked into our room ! My husband had went out early that morning to our vehicle for some belongings to bring back up to the room & didn’t lock it back with the bolt .We thought we heard a knock , but wasn’t sure and we were both getting dressed . So I’m just glad once she realized that we weren’t out of the room yet that she closed the door fairly quickly. If they don’t have a check out list for housekeeping that’s something they may want to look into starting.

I appreciated that we could bring our dog with us. We were placed on the “pet floor”, but I was pleasantly surprised that the only trace we could find that a pet had been in that room was a dog biscuit under the bed.
