Very guest friendly. Night front desk clerk (congenial fellow) had a warm & welcoming personality. Breakfast manager was a very warm & friendly lady who presented a wide variety of great breakfast items!

TV didn't work. Several lamps didn't work. Beds are highly elevated which makes it hard for older people or people with disabilities to get in and out of. Exterior of hotel was not shoveled and was covered with snow and ice. Very little shampoo/soap provided. Hallway smelled like marijuana.
